On October 19th I had the pleasure of photographing Janine and Kevin’s wedding at the Forest House in Forest Hills, Ca. Forest Hills is a cool small town located in the foothills of the Gold Country here in Northern California. Janine and Kevin had a small wedding with only close friends and family attending. We ended up shooting their portraits right at sunset, which made for some fabulous photos!!! Gotta love that sweet golden light!!! Also a big thanks to Nudrat, who second shot with me.

Hello there!!! I’ve been super busy with editing weddings and going on a trip down to So Cal for a wedding as a guest, which was super nice!!! On October 17th I photographed Krista and Kleve’s awesome wedding up in Lake Tahoe at Edgewood. I had a blast shooting their wedding on a prefect fall day. I just love the fall weather up in Tahoe. Later that day we were treated to one of the best sunsets I’ve seen in Tahoe. Lucky for them I was able to photograph the awesome light show. Also a big thanks goes out to Lake Tahoe Wedding photographer Michael Escalera for shooting with me.

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Darci and Mason’s beautiful wedding up in Lake Tahoe. It had snowed the day before and with snow flurries during the day of it was one of my coldest weddings to date. Luckily they got married at St John’s Episcopal Church, so we didn’t have to freeze outside. But once we were over at Edgewood we braved the cold to get some awesome portraits at sunset!!!! All of Darci and Mason’s friends and family were super nice, which made the wedding day so much fun and enjoyable. A big thanks goes out to Lake Tahoe wedding photographer, Michael Escalera for second shooting with me. You can see some of his great images in the slideshow.

Last Friday and Saturday I was down at my cousin’s house in San Clemente. I woke up on Saturday morning to some awesome Mickey Mouse waffles, which left my belly full and trigger finger ready for some photo fun. The rest of the day I got to photograph Avalon for her 1st year session. Avalon just turned 9 months and has grown soooooo much since the last time I was down there. She now baby talks all the time and crawls and rolls all over the place. I love shooting kids at this age because they can sit up and smile, but the big thing is they’re not running around yet. Which makes my job much easier

I love these last two photos!!!!
