Right after the 4th of July, I finally had some free time and went down to So Cal with Christine for a little break. While I was down there I was able to visit my cousin and her family, which equaled photographing her beautiful kids. So this is the 3rd session that I’ve photographed for Avalon’s 1st year portrait session. She has grown soooooo much since the last time I saw her!!! Avalon is such a pretty little girl and I think she just might steal her big bothers title as my #1 model.

Waylon
Waylon has also grown so much!!! He’s become a little man in no time at all. It seems just like a couple of months ago I was taking baby photos of him and now he’s running wild like a mad man 
While Avalon was taking a nap we headed over to the fabulous community swimming pool and fountains to take some photos. The wild man was let lose and he had a blast in the water. Waylon is also one of the best big bothers around and loves his little sister sooooo much.
Kathy & Peter’s Heavenly Ski Resort Wedding, Lake Tahoe, CA
So I’m finally getting caught back up with all the shoots that I did in June and July. On July 5th I had the pleasure of photographing Kathy and Peter’s wonderful wedding at the top of the Heavenly Tram. This was my first time shooting at Heavenly and let me tell you it has the best views of Lake Tahoe. Kathy and Peter decided to do their portrait shoot before the ceremony, which I think is a really good idea. The reason being is that you get to have fun at your cocktail hour with friends and family, instead shooting portraits and missing out on all the fun. I had a super fun time shooting their wedding and riding the Heavenly Tram!!!!
Kendall & Lucas’s Zephyr Cove Resort Wedding, Lake Tahoe, NV
On June 28th I photographed Kendall and Lucas’s awesome wedding over at Zephyr Cove Resort. I had such a blast shooting their engagement shoot that I knew the wedding day was going to be even better and it was!!! The day before I was holding back the tears at my friends wedding and then during Lucas’s speech I was holding them back again. My gosh, two days in a row. When two people are sooooo in love like Kendall and Lucas it makes my job really easy. Thanks you guys!! Also I have to say that Kendall and Lucas win my award for the best first dance. It was amazing and I think they’re going to hold onto this award for a long time!!!

Lucas isn’t a small person!!! I wanted to shoot these photos at the engagement shoot and didn’t. So I had a second chance and shot them. I love these next two photos
