Sara and Adam had a small intimate wedding at Tahoe Lakeshore Lodge & Spa in front of close family and friends. Before the ceremony it was cloudy with a few raindrops coming out of the sky. But luckily a few minutes before the ceremony started the sun came out and it cleared up. Christine and I had such a great time with Sara and Adam during their portrait session enjoying another beautiful Tahoe sunset!!

I drove up to Lake Tahoe to photograph the Pozas family portraits, while they were on vacation. I had a fun time photographing the whole family playing around on the shores of Tahoe that afternoon. Here are few of the photos from the portrait session.

Jen and Paul got married at that wonderful Zephyr Cove Resort up in Lake Tahoe. It ended up being another amazing Tahoe summer day!! I always have such a great time photographing weddings at Zephyr Cove because you’re right there on the beach all day having fun with the couple and the guests.

Another one of Christine’s amazing photos
Back in July Christine and I photographed Shavawn and Chase’s Tahoma wedding. They got married on a Monday, which was a great way to start the workweek for us!!! Shavawn and Chase rented a private house right on the shores of Lake Tahoe for their wedding. This is such a great way to go and you don’t have to worry about getting kicked out by a venue when you’re time runs out. The wedding was amazing and the couple was even more amazing!! It ended up raining on Kim and Eric’s wedding day, but stopped in enough time to have a dry ceremony and reception!! So they got the best of both worlds, good luck because it rained on their wedding day and a dry outdoor ceremony. Kim and Eric were married at Edgewood Golf Course up in Lake Tahoe, which by the way is one of the best venues in South Lake Tahoe. I don’t think I can ever get tired of photographing summer weddings in Tahoe.

Hello there!! Christine and I have been having a blast this summer so far. We just got done shooting two weddings in Tahoe on Sunday and Monday. Now we’re relaxing in Tahoe for the rest of the week and have another wedding up here on Saturday. Then it’s back to Sacramento. We also went to Italy in early July for 9 days, which was amazing!! Photos from that trip will be posted soon on the blog. Here are some xpan and holga photos that I got back from the film lab right before we left for Italy. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer!!!
